Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Tele Sales Manager to lead our Personal Loan / Business Loan Tele Sales team in Karnataka. The candidate must have prior experience in handling large tele sales teams, a strong understanding of call centre operations, and expertise in sales metrics, dialler systems, and CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage a large tele sales team (including Team Leaders, Assistant Managers, and Associates) for Personal Loan & Business Loan verticals.
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets, productivity, and key performance metrics (connect rate, conversion rate, talk time, login hours, AHT, etc.).
  • Monitor team performance using dialler systems, CRM software, and tele sales dashboards.
  • Drive effective lead allocation, call flow, and conversion through efficient workforce management.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate the team to deliver high-quality customer interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI / financial guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Regularly review team performance, identify gaps, and implement process improvements.
  • Coordinate with central operations and product teams to align strategies for the entire Karnataka region.
  • Maintain strong focus on customer experience while driving revenue growth.

Requirements :

  • Experience : Minimum 4–5 years of experience in managing tele sales / call centre operations (preferably loans / financial products).
  • Strong knowledge of tele calling metrics, dialler operations, and CRM platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage large teams and achieve business targets.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Mandatory : Proficiency in Kannada (regional language).
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work in a 6-day work environment (including Saturday & Sunday).
