Relationship Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the clients' business objectives and challenges and creating strategic recommendations based off of this understanding. You will do so by building a strong relationship with our clients and analyzing our clients' data. Essentially, you will act as the main point of contact for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Acquire quality clients through networking, database management, and client references.
• Generate cross-sell revenue through effective financial planning.
• Promote the Focus Product of the Month to drive business growth.
• Maintain accurate business records in internal systems.
• Onboard clients to the Central Dealing Desk for seamless interaction and service.
• Liaise with the Central Dealing Desk for revenue generation and query resolution.
• Conduct client acquisition and financial planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational guidelines.
• Uphold and enhance the brand image of the organization
