About the Role :
Were looking for a HubSpot CRM Implementation Specialist to join our fast-paced, cross-functional team at the intersection of Marketing, IT, and Product Delivery. This role is for someone who thrives in structured chaos, brings clarity to complexity, and knows how to turn HubSpot into a growth-enabling engine for marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
Youll help lead end-to-end HubSpot implementationsfrom architecture to automationand play a critical role in helping our clients scale digital programs with precision, speed, and measurable business impact.
What Youll Do :
- Design Marketing Architecture : Configure HubSpot Marketing Hub (Pro / Enterprise), including email programs, landing pages, campaign workflows, segmentation, scoring, and lead lifecycle tracking.
- Build Operational Foundations : Leverage Operations Hub to sync, clean, and automate cross-platform data flows. Design scalable systems that improve speed, governance, and visibility across marketing programs.
- CRM Integration : Own HubSpot-to-Salesforce integration, ensuring proper field mapping, data hygiene, lead routing, and bidirectional sync to supportsales-marketing alignment.
- Automation & Enablement : Design lifecycle automations, nurture campaigns, custom workflows, and attribution models that tie marketing activity to pipeline growth.
- Train & Support Teams : Deliver onboarding, enablement, and documentation that empowers clients to scale confidently.
What You Bring :
5+ years of experience in marketing automation and CRM operations, with 3+ years implementing and managing HubSpot Marketing Hub.Hands-on experience with Marketing Hub Pro / Enterprise, including campaign automation, email strategy, segmentation, reporting, and content optimization.Proven expertise using Operations Hub for automation, data sync, and custom workflows across tools and teams.Strong understanding of HubSpot-to-Salesforce integration, including field mapping, sync troubleshooting, and supporting GTM operations.Strategic grasp of B2B marketing funnels, revenue operations, and demand generation principles.Clear, confident communicationable to align technical delivery with strategic marketing goals.HubSpot certifications are a plus (especially in Marketing Hub Implementation, Revenue Operations, and Operations Hub Software).(ref : hirist.tech)
