Position Overview :

We are searching for a skilled Senior 3D Generalist / Product Renderer who is proficient in Blender and its related plugins. This role demands a blend of creative flair and technical expertise to produce high-quality, visually appealing 3D renders of our smart home products. You will work closely with our marketing and product development teams to conceptualize and execute visual content that captures the essence of our brand and products.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Create detailed 3D models and renderings of smart home products for marketing campaigns, including digital ads, product launches, and website content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual strategies that align with our branding and product positioning.
  • Enhance product visualizations through advanced lighting, texturing, and rendering techniques.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in 3D rendering and Blender plugins to continually improve the quality and efficiency of your work.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for new product ideas and marketing campaigns, contributing your expertise in 3D visualization.

    • Basic Qualifications :

  • Proficiency in Blender and extensive knowledge of its plugins.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of 3D product renderings and animations.
  • Understanding of composition, color theory, and lighting in digital art.
  • Experience with texture mapping, shading, and rendering techniques.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality outputs within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote or flexible work environment.

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Proficiency in file conversion across multiple 3D software and plugins, ensuring compatibility and optimizing workflows.
  • Strong foundation in 3D compositing, texturing, lighting, animation, and an understanding of various render engines to create visually stunning and realistic visuals.
  • Experience in smart home technology or consumer electronics rendering is a plus.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and animation to bring static images to life in engaging ways.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and techniques in the rapidly evolving field of 3D visualization.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for overcoming technical challenges in 3D design and rendering.

    4. Animation : Skills in animating Architectural spaces to showcase functionality or highlight specific features.

    • 1. Visual Aesthetics : Strong sense of design, color theory, and composition to produce visually appealing renders.

    2. Storytelling : Ability to convey a product's story or use case through visual media effectively.

  • Software Proficiency :

    • 1. Mastery of Blender, Autodesk Maya, or similar, along with rendering engines like V-Ray or Arnold, and familiarity with Adobe After Effects for post-production.

    • 1. Communication : Clear articulation of ideas and ability to collaborate with other team members.

    2. Problem-Solving : A Creative approach to overcoming challenges in the visualization process.
