Job descriptionBBA / MBA Proven experience of 1-3 years in talent acquisition, preferably in B2B consulting, staffing, multilingual or solutioning ecosystems. Strong sourcing acumen with the ability to “find talent anywhere.” Comfortable operating in a metrics-driven, fast-moving environment. Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills. Well versed with different job portals.
About the Role
We’re looking for a high-velocity Talent Acquisition Specialists for our Gurgaon Office who can drive end-to-end sourcing across different languages. This role demands precision, hustle, and a data-first mindset.
Responsibilities
- Own sourcing and hiring for outbound mandates across diverse roles and languages.
- Leverage LinkedIn Premium and any other creative channels to generate a consistent, high-quality candidate pipeline.
- Maintain strong sourcing velocity while ensuring candidate–role alignment.
- Track, report, and optimize funnel metrics to hit weekly and monthly targets.
- Drive structured coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth closures.
