Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead brand strategy, marketing innovation, and customer engagement across all verticals. The CMO will play a pivotal role in scaling the Age Well brand nationally and globally — driving growth through storytelling, partnerships, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies that align with company vision.
• Oversee brand building, communication, and public relations initiatives.
• Lead go-to-market strategies for new nutraceutical products and wellness offerings.
• Manage digital marketing, creative direction, influencer partnerships, and media campaigns.
• Analyze market trends and consumer insights to optimize campaigns and engagement.
• Collaborate with leadership on brand positioning, pricing, and innovation strategy.
• Mentor and guide marketing teams to maintain creative excellence and executional precision.
