Senior QA Tester

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Tester with expertise in both Manual Testing and Automation Testing using Java and Selenium . The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of web and mobile applications by designing, executing, and maintaining comprehensive test plans and automation scripts.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scripts, and test plans for functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Perform manual testing to identify bugs and validate new features.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Java, Selenium WebDriver , and TestNG / JUnit .
• Execute automated test scripts, analyze results, and report defects using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla .
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
• Conduct API testing using tools like Postman or RestAssured .
• Participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
• Continuously improve testing processes, automation coverage, and framework efficiency.
• Mentor junior QA team members and review their test deliverables.
