Job description

Lead Architecture for new and existing business products on the SFDC platform, including Inside Sales console, Territory Management, Commercial Mobility (SF2), Lightning / LWC migration.

Develop platform roadmap for capabilities to be added in line with the business needs of the commercial organization

Own architectural governance by enforcement and evangelization of architectural, design patterns and coding best practices across the various pods are working on salesforce and closely coupled commercial applications.

Analyze current platform, processes in it and drive strategy for process simplification, reduce customizations, and take out technical debts.

Collaborate closely with Program management on schedule, prioritization, release planning, and risk management.

Analyze salesforce release roadmap and align solution capabilities release for the business.
