Job Summary - As a Associate Producer at Gamefuel, you will help run day-to-day production for our game art and development projects. You’ll coordinate between internal artists, leads, and external clients to ensure that deliveries are on time, properly tracked, and meet quality expectations.
What will you do -
Drive full-cycle production for multiple art projects
Plan schedules, cost estimates, and delivery milestones
Lead internal reviews and ensure assets meet client standards
Communicate with clients independently (reviews, updates, clarifications)
Manage daily standups and workflow across artists and vendors
Coordinate with Leads for bandwidth planning and quality control
Identify risks early and propose mitigation plans
Maintain documentation, delivery logs, and task breakdowns
Support the Senior Producer / Production Director in refining pipelines
What are we looking for -
2–4 years of production / project management experience
Strong understanding of game art (2D / 3D), outsourcing processes, and pipelines
Confident communicator with excellent client-handling skills
Experience using Jira / Trello or any production management tool
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work autonomously
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Bonus Skills
Experience working with Tier-1 international clients
Experience working in outsourcing studios
Knowledge of game engines (Unity / Unreal) is a plus
