Role Overview :

We are expanding our Application Management Services (AMS) practice and are seeking an experienced and certified AMS Functional Lead. This role is ideal for a seasoned Workday consultant who thrives in a leadership capacity, guiding teams and customers through complex Workday HCM implementations, configurations, and support engagements.

As a Functional Lead, you will play a strategic role in engaging with customers, managing delivery teams, ensuring solution quality, and shaping the Workday roadmap for clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead Workday AMS engagements by advising customers on their strategic roadmap, industry best practices, and solution adoption.
• Engage with stakeholders across all levels, from operational teams to C-suite executives.
• Manage and mentor a small to medium-sized team of Workday consultants to deliver quality outcomes.
• Serve as an escalation point for resolving complex functional issues.
• Architect and design cohesive Workday HCM solutions, ensuring cross-functional impacts are identified and addressed.
• Provide subject matter expertise in Workday HCM configuration, security, and business processes.
• Support, guide, and mentor junior team members, fostering professional growth.
• Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure accurate effort estimates and delivery timelines.
