Human Resources Generalist

Job descriptionEnd-to-End Recruitment : Manage the entire recruitment process for all roles within the agency. This includes sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication, and extending offers Onboarding : Design and execute a structured, engaging onboarding program for new hires Cultural Stewardship : Act as a custodian of the Skadoosh culture, implementing initiatives that promote a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment Conflict Resolution : Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, providing impartial advice and resolution Performance Review Cycle : Design and administer a robust, periodic performance review system HR Documentation : Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, HR databases & processes, and ensure all compensation and benefits related to payroll, attendance are documented 3–4 years of experience in Human Resources Management Prior experience in Agencies is highly preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Someone who is proactive, organised, patient and positive Comfortable working on-site in Mumbai for most of the week Fixed monthly salary : ₹45,000 – 50,000 based on experience Incentives based on performance (positions closed) Chance to work directly with the founding team and lead the HR function as we scale Exposure to a creative, high-impact marketing team Represent a team that works with industry leaders across Hospitality, Alcobev, Real Estate & FMCG clients.

Role Overview :
We’re looking for a HR Generalist to work directly with the founder. You’ll be responsible for hiring, employee engagement & retention, formulating policies & periodic performance reviews. As the company grows, you’ll also have the opportunity to scale the HR team and shape the playbook. This is an on-site role based in Jogeshwari (East), Mumbai, with an expectation of working from the office 5 days a week.
