About the Role

HSV.digital is seeking an experienced and driven B2B Marketing Program Manager to lead high-impact marketing programs across global campaigns and events. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of strategic marketing, operational excellence, and data-driven execution.

You will work closely with internal teams, external agencies, and US-based stakeholders to deliver measurable results that drive business growth. Exposure to the Microsoft ecosystem (solutions, products, partner motions) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of integrated B2B marketing programs, including digital campaigns, webinars, and field / partner events / Partner calls.
  • Define program scope, objectives, KPIs, timelines, and resource plans for multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Manage multiple concurrent programs - for different clients / offerings - ensuring each is on track, within scope, and delivering expected outcomes.
  • Oversee marketing operations-workflows, approvals, tracking systems, risk management, and optimization.
  • Drive data-led decisions : monitor performance (pipeline, leads, conversions, ROI) and identify actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Manage clients and vendor partners for flawless campaign and event execution.
  • Work in alignment with US time zones, attending client calls and managing day-to-day coordination.
  • Serve as the operations & delivery champion in the B2B marketing practice at HSV.digital - drive best-practice sharing across programs, help build the template, tools and playbooks.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5-7+ years of experience in B2B marketing program management and marketing operations, ideally for US / Canada markets.
  • Strong expertise in marketing campaign execution and event marketing with proven impact on lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Experience with marketing technology / operations tools (e.g., marketing automation, dashboards, program management).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in a B2B role and tech industry exposure
  • Strong analytical mindset, able to translate data into strategic insights and optimization plans.
  • Experience in Technology / SaaS or enterprise marketing environments preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products or partner ecosystem is an advantage.
  • Advanced degree (Master’s or MBA) in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
