We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager (Content, SEO & Retention) to help shape Fernweh's digital presence — blending storytelling, data, and customer experience to build lasting brand love.
This role bridges Content, SEO, and customer retention — perfect for someone who understands both the art of brand storytelling and the science of data-driven growth.
You'll own Fernweh's organic visibility, digital content strategy, and customer lifecycle communication, ensuring every touchpoint feels thoughtful and intentional.
1. SEO & Content Marketing
Develop and execute Fernweh's SEO strategy — from keyword planning to technical optimization.
Create and optimize blogs, landing pages, and brand content aligned with our storytelling tone.
Use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Shopify insights to understand user behavior and refine strategy.
2. Retention & Lifecycle Marketing
Build and manage email & SMS campaigns — including welcome, post-purchase, and win-back journeys.
Segment audiences to improve repeat purchase rate, engagement, and LTV.
Use data insights to personalize communication and loyalty experiences.
3. Data & Insights
Track key performance metrics across organic, CRM, and on-site behavior.
Use Google Analytics, GA4, and Clarity to identify drop-offs, friction points, and opportunities for optimization.
Collaborate with design and creative teams to test messaging, layouts, and user journeys.
