Job Description

Deliver technical support for Oracle Workforce Compensation and Benefits modules, ensuring smooth operations and accurate calculation logic.

Key Responsibilities

• Support WFC module configurations, processes, and integrations.
• Develop complex Fast Formulas for compensation calculations.
• Manage Benefits configurations, life event triggers, collapsing rules.
• Ensure ACA reporting compliance.
• Provide rotational / on-call support.
