About the Role
As the Revenue Generation & Franchisee Developer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and managing a network of franchise partners. This role involves optimizing existing franchisee performance, identifying new opportunities, and leveraging strong relationship-building skills within the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Franchise Network Development :
- Identify prospective franchise partners.
- Conduct feasibility assessments and negotiate franchise agreements.
- Revenue Growth :
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through both direct sales and franchisee channels.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective action plans as needed.
- Franchisee Management :
- Onboard new franchisees with detailed product training and compliance guidelines.
- Provide ongoing support—regular visits, performance reviews, and coaching—to ensure targets are met.
- Market Intelligence :
- Gather competitor data, track market developments, and feedback insights to the regional sales head.
- Recommend strategic initiatives to capitalize on emerging market opportunities.
- Reporting & Administration :
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, territory plans, and franchisee performance reports.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, medical affairs) to ensure seamless execution.
Qualifications & Experience
Education :Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.Experience :2 – 5 years of overall experience in pharmaceutical sales or franchise / channel development roles.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Skills & Competencies :Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven decision-making approach.Good understanding of pharmaceutical products, regulatory norms, and market dynamics.Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.Show more
