Position : Placement Managers

Location : Multiple Schools at IILM University

IILM University is inviting applications for the role of Placement Managers across its leading Schools : Management (MBA / BBA), Computer Science, Engineering, Law, and Psychology.

Build and nurture strong industry relations to facilitate internships, campus recruitment, and final placements for students in your chosen discipline.

Proactively network with top firms, institutions, and organizations relevant to each school, organizing career workshops and placement drives.

Guide students in resume-building, interview preparation, and connect them with opportunities matching their career goals.

Prior experience in placements, recruitment, or career services within academia or industry is preferred.
