Job Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize enterprise-scale Microsoft Power Platform environments, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse..
This role requires a strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and governance frameworks, along with hands-on experience in managing environments, licensing, data policies, and user permissions.
Key Responsibilities :
Administer and support Microsoft Power Platform environments — including Power Apps, Power Automate (Flows), Power BI, and Dataverse.Manage environment creation, security roles, data policies, and capacity planning across business units.Oversee solution deployment, version control, and change management across environments (Dev / Test / Prod).Implement and enforce data loss prevention (DLP) policies and platform governance standards.Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure secure integration with SharePoint, Azure, Dynamics 365, and external data sources.Monitor platform health, performance, and usage analytics; perform proactive maintenance and optimization.Support users and developers with technical troubleshooting, performance tuning, and best practice guidance.Manage licensing, access control, and compliance reporting in alignment with organizational and regulatory standards.Coordinate with Microsoft support and internal teams for escalation and resolution of platform-related issues.Technical Skills Required :
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform administration (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).Experience managing environments, DLP policies, and user permissions.Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and administrative tasks.Knowledge of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) within Power Platform and integration with Azure DevOps.Exposure to SQL Server, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365.Good understanding of cloud security, compliance, and governance frameworks.
