Job Role- Data ScientistJob Type- ContractDuration- 3 months with possible extension as per the performance.Work mode- onsite(5.5 days in a week)Location - HyderabadWe’re looking for a multi-skilled Data Scientist. This strategic role involves driving digital transformation initiatives across sales, procurement, supply chain, and CXO-level decision support.You’ll work on end-to-end development of projects such as predictive models, weather-linked demand forecasting, pricing algorithms, logistics optimization, mobile app analytics, gamification, and stakeholder dashboards.Key Responsibilities- Forecasting & Predictive Modelling : Build demand and price prediction models for dairy and agri-based products.- Logistics Optimization : Develop algorithms for route planning and vehicle utilization using optimization techniques.- Analytics & Insights : Create dashboards and generate insights from CRM, ERP, GPS, and app data.- Gamification & App Analytics : Collaborate with mobile and marketing teams to enhance user engagement.- Cloud & Data Engineering : Automate data pipelines (Python + SQL) and deploy models on cloud platforms.- Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with business leaders to define problems, present analytical solutions, and promote adoption.Skills & CompetenciesMust Have : Python, SQL, Machine Learning, Time-Series Forecasting, Power BI, Optimization ModelsPreferred : Cloud platforms (AWS), Firebase / App Analytics Tools, Google OR-Tools / PuLP, Gamification ConceptsBonus : R, NLP / CV, Deep Learning, APIs for weather / inventoryQualification- B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields- Certifications in Python, ML, or Cloud preferred- MBA or business exposure is a plusIdeal Candidate- 3–6 years of experience in data science roles- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Hands-on experience in forecasting, optimization, app analytics, and dashboards- Independent contributor with cross-functional collaboration skillsWhy Join Us- Work directly on digital strategy initiatives with senior leadership- Freedom to experiment with AI / ML in real-world business scenarios- Cross-functional exposure across sales, procurement, IT, and supply chain
