Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Leadership : Provide vision and guidance to the Law Department, promoting academic integrity and growth.
• Curriculum Development : Oversee the development of curricula that align with current legal standards and industry needs.
• Faculty Development : Recruit, train, and mentor faculty members, fostering a team dedicated to academic and professional excellence.
• Student Success : Champion mentorship programs that encourage critical thinking, research, and hands-on learning experiences.
• Compliance & Standards : Ensure adherence to university policies, UGC norms, and best practices in legal education.
• Industry Engagement : Build relationships with legal professionals and organizations to enhance internship and career opportunities for students.
