Location Lower Ground Floor FC2 Ireo City Central Sector 59 Badshapur Gurugram Haryana

Timings 10 AM 7 PM

Rotational Off 1 off day in the weekday

Position Overview

We are looking for a professional and customer serviceoriented Sales associate to oversee the Tiles business at our store. This role would support the Store Head in the stores operational rolehelping the Store Head execute the store

strategy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Good business understanding of Tiles product ranges.

2. Responsible for InStore Product Demonstration Right Price Display Replenishment & the overall look & feel of the section.

3. Leads the category associate team to welcome the customers evaluates their needs helps to choose right products offers solutions and services.

4. Accountable for Top line Category Sales No. of Bills Average Bill Value Delivery Efficiency & Customer Delight.

5. Effective Inventory Management within Section

6. Effective Market intelligence to ensure right product availability and competitive price range.

7. Works with the associate on their continuous learning engagement and professional growth.

Education Qualification

Graduate or PG

Skills and Experience :

Our ideal candidates should have the following requisites :

1. A minimum of 1 years experience working in a B2C retail environment ideally in a managerial role.

2. Strong customer focus & Leadership skills.

3. Team Player.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Understanding Local Market Trends in Gurgaon is a preference.
