About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Automation Manager to lead the strategy, setup and execution of our marketing automation and CRM-driven campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise in HubSpot and Zoho with solid knowledge of platform configuration, optimization and data management.

This role is central to building and scaling our B2B marketing programs ensuring effective lead nurturing, accurate database management and measurable ROI from campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Automation Management
  • Configure, manage and optimize marketing automation platforms (HubSpot and Zoho).
  • Implement workflows, lead scoring models and automated nurture sequences.
  • Ensure proper integration of marketing tools with CRM and other systems.
  • Campaign Execution & Optimization
  • Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns (email, nurturing workflows, reactivation).
  • Build and optimize landing pages, forms and content-driven automation.
  • Track campaign performance and optimize for better engagement and conversions.
  • Lead Database & CRM Alignment
  • Maintain, clean and segment the lead database for improved targeting.
  • Ensure smooth data flow and alignment between marketing and sales teams.
  • Manage compliance with data privacy standards and industry best practices.
  • Analytics & Insights
  • Develop reports and dashboards to track MQL / SQL conversions and campaign ROI.
  • Provide insights to enhance customer journey, engagement and pipeline contribution.

Requirements

  • Experience :
  • 5+ years overall in marketing, with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in marketing automation.
  • Strong background in HubSpot and Zoho platforms (setup, configuration, optimization).
  • Exposure to data handling, system integration and migration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in running B2B campaigns and managing lead databases.
  • Skills :
  • Proficiency in HubSpot & Zoho Marketing Automation.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, workflows and lead management.
  • Analytical skills to track performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, project management and stakeholder coordination.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • HubSpot certification(s).
  • Experience with demand-generation channels (email campaigns LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).
  • Prior exposure to B2B SaaS / technology industry
