Content Writer — Remote (India-based)

Pumex is looking for a smart, creative, and very tech-savvy Content Writer to help tell our story — to clients, partners, and talent communities across the globe.

As part of our Marketing team, you'll create compelling content that showcases our expertise in software engineering, cloud services, AI & automation, and IT talent solutions.

You’ll turn complex technology and business offerings into clear, engaging, high-impact content that drives brand visibility and lead generation.

What You’ll Do

Write high-quality long-form content : blogs, case studies, whitepapers, landing pages

Create engaging short-form content for LinkedIn, X, and social platforms

Support marketing campaigns, product launches, emails, and ad copy

Translate technical concepts into simple, compelling narratives

Maintain consistent brand voice across all channels

Conduct research on industry trends and competitors

Optimize content for SEO and work with digital tools to track performance

Collaborate with designers, developers, and SMEs to create impactful assets

Support internal communications and proposal content when needed

✅ What We're Looking For

2–4 years experience in content writing (preferably B2B tech / IT services)

Strong portfolio of published content

Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills

Ability to break down technical subjects into accessible explainers

Knowledge of SEO, keyword tools, and content performance metrics

Familiarity with WordPress, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar tools

Strong research skills, attention to detail, and creativity

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Education

Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field

Bonus : Certifications in Digital Marketing or Content Strategy

Experience writing for IT consulting / software development companies

Exposure to engineering, cloud, AI, or staffing industry content

Ability to collaborate with design for visual storytelling
