Web Developer

Job Overview :

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Web Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for building, improving, and maintaining functional and visually appealing websites and web applications that align with our business goals.

The ideal candidate is proficient in both front-end and / or back-end development, stays up-to-date with the latest trends in web technologies, and can deliver clean, responsive, and user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain websites, landing pages, and web applications

Convert design mockups (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.) into responsive code (HTML, CSS, JS)

Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness

Troubleshoot and debug website issues quickly and effectively

Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other developers to execute projects

Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards

Manage hosting, domains, and deployment when needed

Monitor and improve site performance and uptime

Stay current with emerging web development trends and technologies

Qualifications :

Proven experience as a Web Developer (portfolio or previous work required)

Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design

Familiarity with front-end libraries or frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Bootstrap)

Knowledge of back-end development (PHP, Node.js, Python) is a plus

Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Shopify)

Ability to work with REST APIs and third-party integrations

Basic knowledge of SEO principles and page speed optimization

Familiar with Git, version control, and task management tools (e.g., GitHub, Trello)

Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills

Preferred Skills (Bonus) :

Experience with eCommerce platforms

UI / UX design understanding

Google Analytics or basic tracking implementation

Hosting management (cPanel, Netlify, Vercel, etc.)
