Sales & Purchase Executive (On-Site – Doddaballapura)

Salary : ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience)

Location : Doddaballapura (On-site role)

Experience : 0–3 years

Industry : Manufacturing / Industrial / Trading

💼 About the Role

We are looking for a Sales & Purchase Executive who can efficiently handle both client interactions and vendor coordination.

This role involves managing inquiries, following up with leads, preparing purchase orders, collecting quotations from vendors, and ensuring smooth communication from our side to both customers and suppliers.

If you are proactive, organized, and good at communication, this job is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities Sales / Client Handling

  • Follow up with inbound and existing leads
  • Coordinate with clients regarding their requirements
  • Maintain daily follow-up reports
  • Ensure timely response to client queries
  • Support the management in closing deals

Purchase / Vendor Coordination

  • Contact vendors to collect quotations
  • Compare vendor pricing and terms
  • Prepare purchase orders (POs)
  • Maintain vendor database and price lists
  • Follow up with vendors for delivery timelines
  • Coordinate between company and vendor for smooth supply

    • Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain records of inquiries, quotations, and POs
  • Prepare basic reports on sales and purchase activity
  • Support office administration work when required

    • Required Skills

  • Good communication skills (Hindi / English preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, email writing, and documentation
  • Strong follow-up and coordination ability
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
