Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end e-commerce operational activities including order processing, product availability, and timely dispatch.
• Streamline supply chain processes to optimize inventory levels and prevent stockouts, maintaining a high fill rate across product categories.
• Collaborate closely with logistics partners to ensure accurate and timely delivery, monitoring shipment status and resolving potential delays.
• Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts to support proactive inventory replenishment and demand planning.
• Analyze operational KPIs such as fill rate, dispatch accuracy, and delivery timelines;

implement continuous improvement initiatives based on insights.
