About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

Technical Lead

with strong expertise in

Golang development, AWS cloud services, and database design . The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, design scalable solutions, and ensure best practices in coding, architecture, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and guide a team of engineers in developing high-quality software solutions.

Architect, design, and implement applications using

Golang , ensuring scalability and performance.

Design and optimize

database schemas and queries

for efficiency and reliability.

Leverage

AWS cloud services

(EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.) for deployment, monitoring, and scaling applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to deliver robust solutions.

Establish coding standards, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the stack.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years

of hands-on experience in software development, with at least

3+ years in Golang .

Strong knowledge of

AWS cloud services

and cloud-native architecture.

Expertise in

database design, optimization, and query performance tuning

(SQL / NoSQL).

Proven experience in

leading technical teams / projects .

Solid understanding of

microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems .

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
