Job Responsibilities : -
1. Identify and research key decision-makers (such as CHROs,
CFOs, Procurement, and Admin Leaders) across the
pan-India market.
1. Generate qualified leads and opportunities using sales
intelligence tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo,
Lusha, ZoomInfo, and similar platforms.
1. Execute personalized outreach campaigns through
multiple channels : emails, LinkedIn messages, phone calls,
and WhatsApp.
1. Successfully schedule (Online ) initial meetings with
high-level decision-makers
1. Thoroughly qualify leads by asking specific discovery
questions to ensure they meet the Ideal Customer Profile
(ICP) before handover.
1. Maintain accurate and detailed records in the CRM by
logging all activity notes and current lead stages in
real-time.
1. Collaborate closely with Account Executives to analyze
outreach performance and improve overall conversion
rates.
1. Actively monitor market trends and industry news to
continuously refine and improve messaging and sales
strategies.
