Placement Deputy Team Lead

Role Overview :

We are looking for a driven and dynamic Deputy Team Lead - Placements to support and lead end-to-end placement operations, drive client engagement, manage student readiness, and deliver impactful hiring outcomes. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent data handling abilities, and a strategic approach to employer relations and student placement.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Engagement & Onboarding :

• Identify and onboard new hiring partners aligned with the organization's programs (ACCA, CFA, etc.)
• Conduct introductory calls, pitch relevant hiring solutions (FT / Internship / HTD), and close hiring mandates
• Coordinate face-to-face meetings, webinars, and strategic discussions with HRs and stakeholders
