• Strong Programming Background in : IBM iSeries (AS400) CLLE, RPGLE & SQLRPGLE.
• Good knowledge on Stored procedures, Webservices, File transfer methods such as MQs / IFS / SFTPs. Must have Retail & Wholesale functional knowledge.
• Excellent skill in DB2 400 / SQL400 / query language and debugging.
• Experience in change management tools such as ALDON.
• Support users in timely manner.
• Incident management, MSGW handling, Debugging, Root cause analysis, SLA management.
• Should have the knowledge of writing complex queries.
• Knowledge to come up with test scenarios and create high quality documentation.
• Must have strong team and interpersonal skill and the ability to multi task and work with deadlines.
• Adept at delivering high quality software documentation with high attention to detail required.
• High customer orientation and quality awareness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good to have Knowledge on JDA MMS and ESB Web methods. Show more Show less
