Role Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic Operations Associate to manage the end-to-end loan process — from lead login to disbursement while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in small-ticket loan sales, particularly in the EdTech or Consumer Durables sectors.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage the complete loan lifecycle from lead login to disbursement.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients and partners to ensure seamless service delivery.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Handle loan collection cases professionally and efficiently.

Ensure timely coordination with internal teams and partners for smooth operations.

Exhibit proactive communication and quick response in client interactions.

Requirements / Skills Required :

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in selling small-ticket loans (EdTech or Consumer Durables preferred).

Strong communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.

Fluency in English and Regional Language

Proven ability to meet sales and operational targets.

Excellent multitasking and time management abilities.

Willingness to travel to partner offices when required.

Working Days : 6 Days (The last Sunday of each month will be a working day, with overtime (OT) provided as per company policy.)
