Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer with a strong background in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Apex programming, LWC (Lightning Web Components), Flow Builder, and integration techniques. This is a critical role that involves hands-on development, customization, and working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver robust Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex Classes, LWC, and Flow Builder.
• Build and enhance technician flows, quote flows, and communication triggers.
• Develop and integrate with REST / SOAP APIs.
• Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data flows, and development guides.
• Implement solutions on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security of custom Salesforce applications.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
