Job descriptionManage receipt, labeling, and testing of samples following standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure accuracy and reliability of results. Implement and monitor quality control processes to maintain high standards of laboratory testing and compliance with regulatory requirements. Supervise, train, and guide lab technicians and staff to enhance their skills and ensure efficient laboratory operations. Maintain accurate records of tests, results, and equipment logs; prepare and submit timely reports to management. Manage laboratory supplies, reagents, and equipment to ensure availability and optimal usage. Identify and resolve technical issues with lab equipment; coordinate preventive maintenance and calibration. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or related field. 1 to 5 years of relevant lab experience. Strong knowledge of laboratory practices and safety protocols. Good organizational and leadership skills. Proficient in documentation and reporting.
