We’re hiring a

Design Quality Expert / Visual Merchandiser

to lead creative excellence for US-based eCommerce brands. If you live and breathe product aesthetics, love perfecting visuals, and understand what drives shoppers to “Add to Cart,” this role is for you.

Virtual Ops LLP , we help top US retailers enhance their

Product Detail Pages (PDPs)

through high-impact 3D visuals, SEO-optimized content, and conversion-focused design.

Your Role

Oversee and approve product images, 3D renders, and lifestyle visuals for online listings

Ensure every image meets the highest standards of

accuracy, appeal, and brand alignment

Collaborate with 3D artists, graphic designers, and content editors to deliver cohesive, premium PDPs

Conduct visual QA audits, refine brand style guides, and benchmark against top US listings

Stay ahead of eCommerce design trends and new AI / 3D tools

What we are looking for in You

3+ years in

online merchandising, creative QA, or visual design

for eCommerce

Strong eye for composition, color, proportion, and market appeal

Hands-on with

Adobe Creative Suite , and familiar with 3D Softwares and latest developments in ai tools as enablers

Experience in Amazon / Wayfair / Walmart visual standards a big plus

Bonus : Experience living or working with

US-based teams or clients
