Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder Psycho-oncology Coaching Program, located in Mumbai with some work-from-home flexibility. The Co-Founder will be responsible for developing and implementing the psycho-oncology coaching program, conducting research, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring the program meets the highest standards of excellence. Daily tasks include collaboration with team members, designing coaching frameworks, and engaging in client communication. The Co-Founder will also drive sales and promote the program to a wider audience.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in Sales and Marketing
• Ability to design and implement coaching frameworks
• Leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Background in psychology or related field is a plus
• Experience in coaching or mentoring preferred
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, business, or related field
