OnBase Technical Developer / Administrator

Description :

We are seeking an experienced Hyland OnBase Technical Developer / Administrator to take ownership of the design, development, configuration, and maintenance of our enterprise content management (ECM) solutions. This role requires deep expertise in the full Hyland OnBase development lifecycle, with a specific focus on workflow, applications, and system integration.

Key Responsibilities :

• OnBase Solution Development : Lead the end-to-end development and overall build of Hyland OnBase solutions, including complex WorkFlow designs, custom WorkView applications, and essential system configurations.
• Forms Development : Design, develop, and maintain various user-facing forms, including Unity Forms, E-Forms, and WorkView Forms.
• System Administration & Maintenance : Be responsible for the health and performance of the OnBase environment, including performing OnBase upgradations to newer versions and managing system configuration changes.
• Integration Expertise : Implement and maintain critical integrations, including OnBase SAP ArchiveLink configurations and general OnBase integrations with other applications utilizing the OnBase API.
• Custom Scripting : Utilize and maintain custom logic within OnBase solutions using VB Script programming and general JavaScript programming knowledge.
• Data Ingestion & Indexing : Configure and manage various data capture and indexing processes such as Advanced Capture, Mailbox Importer, and different indexing methods like DIP / COLD / DRIP / XML Indexing.
• Reporting & Monitoring : Develop and maintain OnBase reporting dashboards to provide insights into system performance and document processes.
• Database Management : Utilize strong knowledge of the underlying OnBase database structure and best practices for optimal system performance.
• Technical Collaboration : Leverage a .NET background and proficiency with the .NET Framework for building and supporting custom integrations and utilities.
