Job description

The Customer Care Executive is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service by assisting clients, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a positive company image. The role involves handling both in-person and telephonic interactions while ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting company products and services.

Greet and assist customers courteously, ensuring a positive experience.

Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies.

Coordinate with internal departments (sales, service, accounts, etc.) to resolve issues effectively.

Manage customer records and update information accurately in the system.

Handle billing, payments, and documentation as required.

Follow up on customer feedback to ensure satisfaction and service improvement.

Support promotional and customer engagement activities as directed by management.

Prepare and maintain daily reports related to customer service operations.

Adhere to company standards, policies, and ethical practices in all interactions.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
