Qualification : Graduate / Postgraduate
Experience : 4–6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within AMC
Role & Responsibilities :
Sales Coordination :
Support the Sales Team by coordinating client interactions, managing meeting follow-ups, and preparing sales presentations or proposals.
Documentation Management :
Assist in accurate and timely completion of client onboarding documents, investment forms, and KYC compliance as per regulatory requirements.
Internal Liaison :
Work closely with operations, compliance, legal, and marketing teams to ensure smooth handling of sales-related activities and issue resolution.
Data Management & Reporting :
Maintain and update CRM systems, track sales leads, and generate regular MIS reports for the sales leadership.
Client Communication :
Respond to basic client queries, provide product or process information, and ensure prompt resolution or escalation to relevant teams.
Marketing Support :
Coordinate the distribution of marketing materials, sales kits, product notes, and event logistics for distributor or client engagements.
Compliance Coordination :
Ensure all sales processes adhere to internal compliance policies and SEBI regulations.
