About the Role :
The Client Services Manager will act as the primary liaison between the agency and its clients, ensuring seamless communication, timely project execution, and strategic support across brand, marketing, and communication initiatives. The role requires strong client engagement capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects Participate in the development of brand and communication strategies aligned with client marketing objectives.
- Initiate and facilitate brand planning discussions between clients and internal agency teams.
- Handle client meetings independently, take detailed briefs, and present agency recommendations confidently.
- Document and circulate all discussions, briefs, and key information post meetings and interactions.
- Maintain and update client sales and market share information and share insights with internal teams.
- Prepare creative, media, research, and market planning briefs for internal departments.
- Conduct online research and compile data to support strategic and creative development.
- Raise job requisitions for studio, creative, media, production, and other departments.
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure projects are executed as per brief and timelines.
- Coordinate with departments for photography, TV / film production, radio production, and related activities.
- Ensure timely submission of estimates and bills and obtain client approvals.
- Share outstanding payment statements and follow up for timely collections.
Required Skillsets :
Strong client relationship management and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects independently.Expertise in brand strategy, marketing communication, and campaign coordination.Excellent presentation and briefing skills.Proficiency in documentation, MIS updates, and market information analysis.Strong follow-up and coordination capabilities across internal departments.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Understanding of creative, media, production, and digital workflows.(ref : iimjobs.com)
