Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Should have a clear understanding of internal combustion engine and its sub systems, battery pack and motor Should have a on hand experience of 3D CAD software like CATIA(preferred) or UG NX Adequate knowledge in CAE and CFD related to internal combustion engine Adequate Knowledge in DFMEA, DFC, DFM and DFS Should have sufficient knowledge in detailing, tolerance stack up and GD&T BOM preparation and maintaining Need to have casting and machining process knowledge Ability to interact with development team and supplier for component development Versatile to work with support system teams and address the integration related concern Ability to resolve vehicle level integration concerns Ability to address the manufacturing and build issues with supplier and plant team Standards and Guidelines prepartaionExperience 3 to 5 yearsIndustry Preferred Automobile - OEM - Development Group, supplierQualifications B.E. in mechanical engineering, automobile or mechatronicsGeneral Requirements 1) Liasioning / Networking skills2) Good communication skills3) Openness to work in dynamic and demanding work conditions 1) Hands on experience on UG, CATIA, AUTOCAD Design of gasoline / Diesel Engine components (crankcase, crankshaft,camshaft, cylinder head)and E-powertrain2) Over-all Engine , Engine Sub-systems and Components Design : Keeps pace with emerging trends and related application.3) 3D modelling and 2D drg preperation4 Strong fundamentals of GD&T and Tolerance stack up analysis5) Proficient in base level calculations for engine components and systems6) Knowledge of tolerance stack-up of complex assemblies7) Should be able to interpret CAE / CFD results for required corrective actions8) Knowledge in DFMEA, DFC, DFM and DFS9) Documentation and presentation preparation for Guidelines / Audit
