Position : Project Manager / Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

Lead end-to-end projectdelivery — from planning and execution to launch and post-release success.

Manage scope, timelines, resources, and budgetsefficiently.

Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure progressand transparency.

Identify project risks early and drive proactivemitigation.

Foster collaboration and maintain momentumacross cross-functional teams.

Business Analysis & Insights

Partner with clientsand stakeholders to deeply understand their business needs and goals.

Elicit, document, and validate detailedbusiness and functional requirements.

Translate business objectives into actionable user stories and technical tasks.

Create dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for both clients and internal stakeholders — turning data into decisions.

Agile / Scrum Master Support

Act as a Scrum Master when needed — facilitating ceremonies, promoting Agile best practices, and ensuring sprint success.

Support teams in achieving high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Communication

Serve as the communication bridgebetween clients, developers, and leadership.

Provide clear updatesthrough project reports,status trackers, and performance dashboards.

Manage expectations, build trust, and nurture long-termclient relationships throughclarity and transparency.

Required Skills& Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’sdegree in ComputerScience, IT, Business, or related field.

4–8 years of experience as a Project Manager / Business Analyst in a softwaredevelopment environment.

Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Strong understanding of SDLC , web, and mobile app development processes.

Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Trello,Confluence, or Asana .

Excellent analytical thinking,documentation, and communication skills.

Certificationas a Scrum Master (CSM / PSM) is a plus.
