Job Summary :

The Office Admin / Receptionist will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office by handling administrative tasks, managing vendors, maintaining daily bookkeeping records, and coordinating orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee general office operations.
  • Manage office inventory and supplies.
  • Maintain accurate records and files.
  • Assist with bookkeeping and expense tracking.
  • Perform data entry and filing tasks.
  • Should be responsible for vendor management.
  • Coordinate courier services and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain petty cash, and vendor records.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Experience with office equipment (example : printers, scanners, laptops, computers).
  • Dependable and punctual.
