The Office Admin / Receptionist will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office by handling administrative tasks, managing vendors, maintaining daily bookkeeping records, and coordinating orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee general office operations.
- Manage office inventory and supplies.
- Maintain accurate records and files.
- Assist with bookkeeping and expense tracking.
- Perform data entry and filing tasks.
- Should be responsible for vendor management.
- Coordinate courier services and travel arrangements.
- Maintain petty cash, and vendor records.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role.Experience with office equipment (example : printers, scanners, laptops, computers).Dependable and punctual.
