Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Performance Marketing Manager located on-site in Ahmedabad. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. Additional responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, identifying trends, and optimizing strategies to increase ROI. The role also involves collaboration with internal teams to align performance marketing strategies with broader business goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, including knowledge of various advertising platforms (e.G., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and campaign management tools
• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and data-driven campaign optimization
• Strong Project Management and organizational abilities to ensure efficient execution of multiple campaigns
• Creative insights for developing targeted, compelling advertising content
• Ability to stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and algorithms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in performance marketing or a similar role is beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus
