Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Data Integration Manager with 4- 6 years of experience to lead and manage end-to-end data integration initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ETL / ELT tools, data pipelines, API integrations, data mapping, and data governance, along with strong stakeholder and project management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

Data Integration & Architecture :

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of data integration pipelines across systems and applications.
• Manage ETL / ELT workflows using tools like Informatica, Talend, MuleSoft, Azure Data Factory, SSIS, or similar platforms.
• Conduct data mapping, transformation, validation, and error-handling to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Oversee integration of structured and unstructured data from diverse sources (databases, APIs, cloud & Stakeholder Management :
• Manage data integration projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Work closely with business, analytics, and engineering teams to gather requirements and align data solutions.
• Track project progress, risks, issues, and provide regular status updates to Quality & Governance :
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across integrated systems.
• Implement best practices for data governance, metadata management, and Monitor data flows and resolve integration issues Leadership :
• Guide junior team members and vendors in integration best practices.
• Recommend improvements for system performance, process optimization, and automation.
