Manage a portfolio of Business Banking clients through virtual relationship management, ensuring consistent engagement and high client satisfaction.Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned portfolio to achieve growth targets.Proactively cross-sell a range of banking products, including deposits, trade finance, lending, and cash management solutions.Conduct regular portfolio reviews to assess client needs, monitor performance, and mitigate risks.Provide timely financial advice and solutions tailored to clients' business requirements.Coordinate with internal teams (Credit, Operations, Product, and Compliance) to ensure smooth and timely delivery of banking services.Ensure all client interactions comply with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and KYC / AML standards.Monitor client account behavior and ensure early identification of potential credit risks.Maintain accurate records of client communications, sales activities, and account updates in CRM systems.Support business growth initiatives and campaigns through digital channels.Qualifications, Skills, and Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in Business Banking, SME Banking, or Relationship Management.
- Strong understanding of banking products, services, and financial statements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships effectively in a virtual or remote setup.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications.
- Sound knowledge of banking compliance, risk management, and regulatory frameworks.
