About The Opportunity

We are hiring an on-site Stores Executive to manage inbound / outbound materials, maintain accurate inventory records, and support production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong storekeeping fundamentals, hands-on ERP experience, and a focus on operational accuracy.

Role & Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming raw materials and components; ensure quality checks and proper documentation for goods receipt.
• Manage stock issuance to production based on material requisitions and maintain accurate issue registers.
• Perform regular stock reconciliation and cycle counts; identify variances and lead corrective actions to close gaps.
• Operate and maintain store layout, labeling, and FIFO / LIFO rotation to minimise obsolescence and streamline picking.
• Update and maintain inventory records in ERP systems; generate stock reports and support monthly audits.
• Enforce warehouse safety, housekeeping, and compliance with SOPs for handling hazardous or sensitive materials.
