We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Sales / Business Development person to join our team and sell staffing and recruitment services across India. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales, people interaction, and building long-term business relationships in the HR and talent acquisition domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and understand company offerings in staffing / recruitment services.
- Identify and research potential clients across sectors such as IT, BFSI, Manufacturing, Pharma, Retail, Logistics, etc.
- Manage end-to-end Sales lifecycle from prospecting, lead generation, client outreach, proposals, and capability presentations through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Coordinate meetings between clients and internal teams to discuss requirements and service offerings.
- Follow up with leads and contribute to converting them into active clients.
- Understand client pain points and market trends to help tailor customized solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Sales or Marketing).1–3 year of experience .Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Understanding of B2B sales and HR / staffing industry.Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.Comfortable using MS Office tools and LinkedIn for professional networking.What We Offer
