✨ Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Quality Analyst with a strong background in International Debt Collections to join our dynamic team. You’ll be responsible for call monitoring, quality audits, calibration, and process improvement to ensure exceptional service standards.
🔍 Requirements
- Experience : 2+ years (Collections Process – International)
- Mandatory Skill : International Debt Collection
- Qualification : Graduate
- Shift Timing : 6 : 00 PM – 3 : 00 AM / 7 : 00 PM – 4 : 00 AM IST (US Shift)
