Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and hygienic work environment in the warehouse, especially during forklift and material handling operations.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics including Goods Receipt, material segregation, and dispatch planning.
• Ensure accurate inventory management through FIFO method and timely dispatches to customers.
• Handle spare parts warehouse operations including proper labeling, storage, and issue control.
• Coordinate with production and other related departments to meet material requirements on time.
• Prepare and verify invoices including rate, quantity, GST rate, TCS / TDS applicability, and ensure timely bill processing.
• Maintain warehouse MIS reports, stock records, and documentation for audits.
• Responsible for people management across shifts including attendance, shift allocation, and productivity monitoring.
• Ensure discipline, housekeeping, and 5S standards are followed across warehouse areas.
• Monitor vehicle loading / unloading, ensuring adherence to safety and quality protocols.
• Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams for timely movement of materials.
• Support inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation activities.
• Flexible with work timing and shift operations.

Skills Qualifications

Working Days : 6 days per week
