Job Title : Salesforce Admin & Junior Developer (Full-Time, Remote)

Work Hours : 8 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM PST

About the Role :

We are looking for a proactive and accountable Salesforce Assistant with strong administrative and appropriate development skills. The ideal candidate will also be familiar with DocuSign and Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) within Salesforce. You will support daily operations, assist with enhancements, and ensure smooth workflows across teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform Salesforce Administration tasks : user management, security, profiles, roles, permissions, data management.
• Support basic Salesforce development : validation rules, flows, process builder, reports, dashboards, and minor Apex / LWC changes.
• Manage and maintain DocuSign templates, workflows, and integrations within Salesforce.
• Assist with Pardot (MCAE) campaigns, automation rules, and lead management.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely support to end users.
• Communicate progress clearly and be accountable for deliverables.
